Software License (EULA)

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("you") and MycoStudio ("we", "us", "our") for the MycoStudio audio plug-in software you purchased, including any updates, presets, artwork, and documentation (together, the "Software"). By installing or using the Software, you agree to this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not install or use the Software.

1. LICENSE

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the Software on computers you own or control, for your own music - whether commercial or personal. One purchase covers your own use.

2. WHAT YOU MAY NOT DO

You may NOT: (a) copy, share, sell, rent, lease, lend, sublicense, give away, or otherwise redistribute the Software or your license key to anyone else; (b) reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to extract or copy the source code, algorithms, or any part of the Software, except to the limited extent that this restriction is prohibited by law; (c) remove, hide, or alter any copyright, trademark, branding, or other proprietary notices in the Software; (d) use the Software, or any part of it, to build, train, or distribute a competing product, or repackage or resell it in any form.

3. OWNERSHIP

The Software is licensed to you, not sold. MycoStudio owns and keeps all rights, title, and interest in and to the Software, including all code, DSP, designs, artwork, names, and trademarks. You own the music you create with it.

4. NO WARRANTY

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that the Software will be error-free or uninterrupted, or that it will work with your particular computer, operating system, or host software.

5. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MYCOSTUDIO IS NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF DATA, AUDIO, PROJECTS, REVENUE, OR PROFITS, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SOFTWARE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU ACTUALLY PAID FOR THE SOFTWARE.

6. TERMINATION

This license ends automatically if you break any part of this Agreement. When it ends, you must stop using the Software and delete all copies of it.

7. GOVERNING LAW

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.

8. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

This Agreement is the entire agreement between you and MycoStudio about the Software, and replaces any earlier understanding.
